ABSTRACT
Each man is integrally linked with values, and attains the attitude of either accepting or rejecting them. Behavior of a man has an axiological basis which, owing to introception, is made more dynamic and yields desired effects. There is no integral development without values, like there is now integral upbringing without individual’s participation in it, without own activity in the axiological perspective. The proper formation of the axiological sphere, as one of the key objectives of contemporary upbringing, proceeds through the interaction between a pupil and a tutor, through common activities, depicting appropriate rules of responding to conflicts or difficulties, and emphasizing respectful behavior towards other people. Upbringing through work and for work is an example of processes that should be applied while developing desired values in a young man.
