Abstract: Analysis of the implementation of the right to public information in Poland in the context of modern forms of its disclosure. Material and methods: Research of literature, Public Information Bulletins and responses to requests for access to public information submitted through various communication channels. Results: In order to strengthen the right to public information, the author proposes expanding the catalogue of information that must be published in the Public Information Bulletin to include information already made available upon request, clarifying the legal definitions currently formulated by administrative court rulings, standardising practices, and providing training for public administration. Conclusions: The conclusions point to the need to combine traditional and digital forms of information disclosure to ensure full transparency and effective public control.
