Every human being yearns for a life success and recognition in the eyes of others. In pursuit of this goal people
take on various roles. While working as a teacher he or she becomes a mentor, tutor or coach, and ends up becoming an inquisitor, false prophet or flatterer. The volume of presented models reveals the fact that they evaluated along with the increasing
knowledge, technology advancement, gathering and processing information. Whilst, modern school needs teachers who carry
with them the true good, and not the apparent one. Teachers with interpersonal competencies related to referring oneself and
another person to the surrounding world, moral competencies and communication competencies.
